300MW机组给水泵密封水回收不畅问题的分析及处理

摘要 针对山西古交兴能发电有限责任公司给水泵密封水系统由于存在回水不畅的问题,从密封水系统的设计、安装及设备结构、运行工况等多个方面深入分析了设备深层次的原因。得出主要原因为水封放宽过长,通流能力不够,导致密封水回水不能顺利排放,对此进行了设备改造。 This paper deeply analyzes the problem of return-water obstruction, which happened in the water seal system of the feed-water pump in Shanxi Xingneng Power Co. , Ltd. , based on several aspects including the design and assembly of water seal, equipment structure, running situation and so on. And the main conclusion is that the return-water of seal water too long to drain smoothly. Therefore, we improve equipment as following methods. Firstly, when system is running, open the overflow valve of the U-shape water seal in order to hold the returned water pressure;and then add the obstruct valve in order to cut down the length of the pipe of water seal and drain smoothly, which can turn the throughput freely. The improvement ensures the seal water is reclaimed smoothly, and the same time the security and reliability of the running system completely reach all expectations.
