摘要
目的通过对山羊心Todaro腱的解剖与观测,提供心脏比较解剖学依据,为心脏形态学教学提供高质量标本并分析其临床意义。方法对经10%福尔马林固定的100例山羊心脏进行Todaro腱的剥制,用游标卡尺(0.02 mm)测量数据并进行统计学处理。结果山羊心脏Todaro腱呈细丝状,在心内膜位置走行较深,走行方向与人类有一定差异。其长度为8.39±1.80 mm,最长为11.28mm,最短为6.10 mm,解剖羊心100例出Todaro腱15例,为15%。结论山羊Todaro腱形态与人类比较有一定差异。
Objective To dissect and observe the Todaro tendon in goat＇s heart , and provide guideline for comparative anatomy and high- quality specimen teaching. Methods One hundred goats＇ hearts with 10 % formalin fixed were performed with stuffing of Todaro tendon. Related data were measured by vernier caliper （0.02 ram） and conducted with statistical analysis. Results Out of 100 goats＇ hearts, 15 （15 % ） demonstrated Todaro tendons with shaping of filametary , and its course in endocardium was deep, and direction were different from that in human heart. The average length of Todaro tendons was 8.39 ± 1.80ram, the longest was 11.28mm, and shortest was 6.10mm. Conclusion The Todaro tendon of goat heat is certain difference from human heart.
