摘要
根据煤炭出口业务的特点,分析了出口风险的类型并采用专家评价法和模糊综合评价法对煤炭出口进行风险评估,得出黄骅港煤炭出口处于较低风险,同时根据风险权重提出了相应控制措施。
According to coal export business characteristic, the type of risk factors of coal exportation was analyzed in this paper. The risk of coal export was evaluated using the method of expert assessment and fuzzy synthesis assessment. The coal export of Huanghua Port was in lower risk, and the control method was put forward according to the calculated risk weight.
