摘要
目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定感冒清胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法：采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm．5μm），以甲醇-水（60．5：39．5，v／v）为流动相，流速0．75mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长249nm。外标法峰面积定量。结果：脱水穿心莲内酯在0．120～0．280μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，样品溶液在48h内稳定．平均回收率为100．43%，RSD为1．50％（n=5）。结论：本法简便、快速，结果准确．重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dehydroandrographolide in Ganmaoqing capsule by HPLC. METHODS The column： Inertsil ODS-3 colum（250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm）The mobile phase ：methanol-H2O（60. 5：39.5, v/v） ;The flow rate .0. 75 mL·min^-1 ;The detection wavelength ：249 nm. External method was used. RESULTS The linear response range of dehydroandrographolide was within 0. 12 -0. 28μg （r= 0. 999 9）;the sample solution was stable within 48 h. The average recovery was 100.43% and RSD was 1.5% （n = 5）. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
