糖品分析引致误差的一些探讨

摘要 糖品理化指标分析虽属化学分析经典方法,但在分析过程中仍有不少关键点,稍不注意,或操作不当,就会引起误差,甚至是较大的误差,产生错误结果。本文对糖品各理化指标分析中容易带来误差的关键点展开探讨,结合多年从事糖品质量分析工作之心得,系统阐述克服引致各项误差的方法。 Although the sugar analysis of physical and chemical indexes belongs to the traditional chemical analysis method, but there are many key points during the analysis process. If carelessly or improperly operate, it would cause errors or great errors, and produces erroneous results. This paper describes the studies of key points that cause errors easily in the sugar analysis of physical and chemical indexes process, and combine with the knowledge from the work of sugar quality analysis several years, describes systematically the method how to overcome the various errors.
