摘要
根据寿命周期费用构成和投资本身的特点以及技术经济学原理，建立了相应的寿命周期费用分析与计算数学模型，提出了在寿命周期费用计算时应特别注意的几个财务问题，从而在指导思想上和程序上解决了寿命周期费用计算的正确性问题。
Some economical models based on explainning the definition and structure of Life Cycle Cost(LCC) are established in this paper.According to writer's experience and the characteristic of investment,the paper gives some financial suggestions to LCC to have it calculated properly.
