摘要
介绍了针对建筑工程质量问题,以探讨工程项目质量管理与控制为主线,深入分析了工程项目质量管理问题及项目管理中的质量控制两大方面内容。在对工程项目质量管理问题的分析中,归纳总结出工程项目质量问题出现的五大原因及解决处理的八大基本要求;在项目管理的质量控制中,分别从影响质量因素的控制、项目实施阶段的质量控制及质量控制的基本工具及方法三方面展开讨述。
Aiming at the paper a new construction engineering quality problems, this text mainly talks about the engineering project management and its quality control in deep. While analyzing problems due to the engineering project quality management, it introduces FIVE major reasons causing such problems and suggests EIGHT basic requirements to solve them. As to the quality control of project management, it explains the different factors affecting the quality control, the quality control during project practice stage and the basic tools or methods of quality control at length.
