摘要 利用SD大鼠肝细胞检测下上海市大气悬池颗粒物对DNA损伤修复的影响。采用肝脏原位灌流分离肝细胞,用^3H掺入地测定UDS水平。结果表明:TSP浓度为1-50μg=ml范围内,UDS有较好的剂量-反应关系,当浓度达100μg/ml时出现UDS抑制。 This study detected the effect of TSP in Shanghai on the damage and reparement of DNA in SD rats' liver cells in vitro.The liver cells were collected with liver infusion in situ, and the level of UDS was detected with the method of ~3H incopretion.The result showed that a better dose-reponse relationship could be found in the range of 1μg/ml to 50μg/ ml TSP.The level of UDS was decreased when the dose of TSP is up to 100μg/ml.The level of UDS had significant difference between the negative control and the example, when the content of TSP in the example was up to 5μg/ml. We had also found the DNA damage potency of TSP in winter is stronger than that in spring.
