摘要
本文介绍我们研制的便携式动态心电监护仪。它以８０Ｃ１９８单片机为核心，采用样板比较法和相关分析方法，用前后台工作方式实时不间断地分析动态心电图，分析到的异常心电图、类型以及发生的时间可实时记录并可报警，液晶可显示２４小时动态心电图的分析结果。动态心电图的详细分析结果可采用异步通信方式传送给个人电脑进行回放和打印。记录的异常心电图也可通过普通心电图机回放。
A portable ambulatory ECG monitor is introduced in this paper.It is based on 80C198 single chip microcomputer.This system continuously analyses in real-time the ambulatory electrocardiograph using the method of front and back workbench.Template comparison and correlation analysis is accepted.Abnor mal electrocardiograph,and type and occurring time are recorded and alarmed.The analysis result of 24-hour ambulatory ECG can be displayed on LCD.The detail analysis result of ambulatory ECG can be tranl sferred to personal computer to playback or print using asynchronous communication.The recorded abnormal FCG can also be playbacked in a common ECG recorder.
