摘要
蜗杆蜗轮减速器由于减速比大、传动平稳,在工业上得到了广泛的应用。当出现故障时,蜗杆蜗轮减速器磨损状态的监测往往要停机检查,检修周期长。本文基于蜗杆蜗轮减速器工作中振动信号的测量和分析,提出了一种蜗杆蜗轮减速器磨损状态的振动监测方法。该方法可在线测量蜗杆蜗轮振动信号以及分析蜗杆蜗轮减速器的磨损状态。通过工厂实际测试和分析,证实了该方法的有效性。
Due to the good performance of large speed reducing ratio and smoothness in operation,worm gear reducer is wildly used in industry.Traditionally,it will take a long time to check the wear on the worm and worm wheel in the shutdown period of worm gearing.Based on the vibration measurement and analysis of worm gear reducer,a new monitoring method is put forward for wear of worm and worm wheel.By the proposed method,good performance of online monitoring as well as wear separate analysis for worm and worm wheel is achieved,and is verified by the field test and analysis.
