摘要
目的:通过IVA—CPT测试(视听整合连续执行测试)5项商数和儿童感觉统合能力评估,分析两者的相关性及注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的感觉统合能力的差异。方法:根据IVA—CPT测试结果168名14岁以下的儿童分为4组,对各组进行感觉统合能力评估。结果:注意缺陷为主型的综合反应控制、注意力和持久力商数与前庭功能、本体感、触觉防御和情绪呈负相关;多动-冲动为主型的前庭功能与多动控制商数呈负相关,学习能力发展与综合反应控制商数呈正相关。混合型的综合注意力商数与学习能力的发展呈正相关。注意缺陷为主型和混合型儿童的前庭功能、学习能力发展低于临界值。多动-冲动为主型的学习能力发展低于临界值。结论:根据IVA—CPT测试结果和ADHD各型的商数与感觉统合能力的发展相关性是不同的,并且都存在学习能力不足情况。
Objective:To evaluate five quotients in IVA-CPT test and the ability in sensory integration in children, and to analyse their correlation and the difference in ability of sensory integration beteween children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and normals. Methods:According to the results in IVA- CPT test, 168 children younger than 14 years were divided into four groups. Their ability in sensory integration were evaluated. Result: FSRCQ and FSAQ were negative correlation with vestibular function (VF), proprioceptive sensibility, touch defense and emotion in attetion deficit type. The VF was negative correlation with FMRQ, and learing ability was positive correlation with FSRCQ in minimal brain dysfunction-impulsiveness type. FSAQ was positive correlation with learning ability in complex type. The VF and learning ability in type of attention deficit and complex type were lower than critical value. The learning ability in type of minimal brain dysfunction - implusiveness was lower than critical value. Conclusion: According to each result in IVA - CPT test, the quotient in each type of ADHD has different correlation with the development of sensorg integration. All types of ADHD have the dificient in learning ability.
