摘要
机械系统动态仿真技术是机械产品设计开发的重要辅助手段之一,通过对机械模型进行各种动态性能分析,然后改进机械产品的设计方案。本文对某机型支柱式起落架建立了基于M atlab软件的动态仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析和参数优化设计。结果表明,仿真结果与实验结果吻合,参数优化设计合理。所以,基于M atlab软件的动态仿真是可行的。同时所建立的动态仿真模型也为进一步研究起落架的样机试验奠定了基础。
Dynamic simulation technology of mechanism system is one of important assistant means of mechanism product design. A design project of mechanism products is improved by analyzing all kinds of dynamic performance of mechanism models. A dynamic simulation model of some - type landing gear based on Matlab software is established. Simulation analysis and parameter optimization are made. The conclusion shows that the correspondence of the output curves and results is good. The design of parameter optimization is reasonable. So the way to do with it is feasible. And the simulation model sets some foundations for further studying landing gear's test.
