摘要
我国沙区治理的根本在于农业资源,尤其是土地如何合理、高效的利用,其中土地利用结构优化具有重要意义。“大面积搞生态,小面积搞生产”是优化的基本原则,根据“优化生态—生产范式”,建立了科尔沁沙地奈曼旗八仙筒镇的“坨甸”土地利用模式。借助遥感和GIS技术对位于科尔沁沙地的八仙筒镇土地利用进行生态安全评估和优化。评估表明,优化结果可以达到生态—生产效益并重的目标。
Desert regions have become as the insecure ecological areas in China due to the improper land use, which has significantly affect the regional development. The ultimate way of harnessing the desert regions in China is the rational use of agricultural resources, especially the efficient land use and the optimization of land use structure. Therefore, it is very important to optimize the land use structure to ensure the ecological security and sustainable development. This paper aims to evaluate the ecological security level in the Horqin Sandland on the basis of insecurity factors defined in the paper and optimize the land use structure. The basic principle of the optimization of land use structure is the "large-area ecological regeneration whilst small-area production development". Based on the "Optimized Eco-productive Paradigm", the land use mode of "Inter-dune" in Baxiantong Town, Naiman Banner, Horqin Sandland is developed. Then the ecological security level of land use in Baxiantong Town is evaluated, and the land use structure is optimized by means of RS and GIS. The evaluation reveals that the objective of paying equal attention to the ecology and production can be achieved under the optimized land use structure.
