摘要
综述了油菜甾醇内酯类植物生长调节剂的结构与活性关系及近年来的化学合成方法。在分析油菜甾醇内酯类植物生长调节剂结构与活性关系的基础上,从母环的合成和侧链的引入两个方面详细介绍了该类化合物的合成关键及解决方法。
This paper reviewed the progress of structure-activity relationship and chemosynthetic methods of brassinosteroids in recent years. On the basis of analyzing structure-activity relationship, the key points and solving methods of synthesizing brassinosteroids are introduced from the synthesis of matrix-cycle and introducing side chain.
