摘要
研究用支撑液膜法提取柠檬酸的工艺过程,讨论了:料液相浓度Cf0、反萃相浓度Cs0、搅拌速度n及操作温度T等工艺条件对传递通量的影响。结果表明,以多孔平板聚丙烯膜为支撑体,在由煤油-TOA-Na2CO3所组成的膜体系中,当Cf0=0.10mol/L,Cs0=0.20mol/L,n=200r/min,T=25℃时,提取率E可达61.3%,与传统工艺相比具有深入研究的价值。
Supported liquid membrane was applied to extract citric acid from aqueous solution.The technological conditions of the process were discussed, such as the concentration of feeding phase Cf0),the concentration of stripping phase (Cs0),the stirring speed (n), the operating temperature (T), etc. The experimental results showed that the extracting efficiency could be up to 61.3% in the system of Kerosene-TOA-Na2CO3 using porous fiat polypropylene membrane as substrate when Cf0 was 0.10 tool/L, Cs0 was 0.20 tool/L, n was 200 r/min, T was 25℃. The comparing to the traditional technology. results were valuable for further research comparing to the traditional technology.
