摘要
以复杂地形上的平流扩散模式和高斯扩散模式相结合,计算城市大气污染传递函数和污染源的分担率.在此基础上,以SO2的年日平均浓度作为控制标准,提出了以A-P控制为基础的区域总体优化的总量控制方案,计算了兰州西固区SO2的基础、平权、优化三种允许排放量及其相应的削减量.计算结果表明,经过总量控制后。
The transmission function and contribution rate of urban air pollution were calculated by using an adjective and Gaussian diffusion model. Based on this, a regional optimal total air pollutant emission control programme combined with A P control over the district was put forward. The basic, impartially weighted, optimally permitted SO 2 emission and its corresponding reduction were further calculated on the basis of daily mean environmental standards of SO 2 concentration in a year. The results show that SO 2 concentration in the atmosphere over Xigu district of Lanzhou would reach the expected criterion after the total emission control.
