摘要
以气动雾化和超声雾化二种进样方式,考察高效波相色谱-微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱(HPLC-MPT-AES)联用的微波等离子体炬原子发射检测器的分析性能.并应用于实际样品分析.
The on-line coupling of high performance liquid chromatography with microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry(HPLC--MPT--AES)has been developed. The performance of pneumatic nebulization and ultrasonic nebulization sample introduction systems for the microwave plasma torch atomic emission detector was investigated in detail. Practical samples were analyzed with sa nsf action.
