摘要
科技期刊向作者收取费用现象非常普遍。以自然科学核心期刊为样本,对我国科技期刊费用收取的信息发布、费用种类、收取数额及特点等进行调查与分析,并提出一些合理化建议。
It＇s common that the authors should pay money for the publication of their papers in sci-tech periodicals. In this paper, taking the core periodicals of science as a sample, we investigate and analyze the issues of information, kinds of charge, amount of charge and characteristics of charge. Moreover, we put forward some rational proposals.
