摘要
面向航天器等复杂产品型号研制需求,分析复杂产品型号项目管理的特点,提出多级型号项目管理系统体系结构,以适应分布式协同产品研制需求。对面向复杂产品研制的型号项目管理系统进行了功能设计,给出了各子系统的功能设计方案。利用该系统,可以提高复杂产品研制项目的管理效率、降低管理成本、更新管理观念。
According to the requirements of complex product, such as aeronautic and astronautic product, the characteristics of the project management for complex product is analyzed, the multi-layer architecture of project management system is proposed, which adapts to complex product development. The functionality of the system is given, and the detail design of sub system is discussed. Using the system, the efficiency and the level of management will be improved, and the cost will be decreased.
