摘要
从氢致开裂(HIC)的腐蚀机理出发,结合洛阳分公司800kt/a柴油加氢精制装置中的循环氢压缩机入口分液罐的设计选材问题,阐述了抗氢致开裂钢16MnR(R-HIC)在加氢装置中的实际应用情况。对16MnR(R-HIC)、16MnR、20g在化学成分以及抵抗湿硫化氢腐蚀性能上进行了对比,并对应用抗氢致开裂钢的压力容器的制造检验要求提出较严格的要求。
ombined with the design and material selection for knockout drum at the suction of recycle hydrogen compressor in the third combined catalytic diesel fuel oil hydrogenated unit of SIN-OPEC Luoyang Branch,this article sets forth the actual application of resistant hydrogen induced cracking steel 16MnR(RHIC) in hydrogenated unit from corrosion mechanism of hydrogen induced cracking ( HIC ), makes comparison to chemical composition of 16MnR ( RHIC ), 16MnR,20g and the performance to resist wet hydrogen sulphide corrosion, and put forward a strict requirement for manufacture and inspection on pressure vessels of resistant hydrogen induced cracking steel.
