摘要
介绍了热线式气体流量传感器的敏感机理,它是根据热平衡原理在电流和气体流量之间建立确定的函数关系,由此得出了传感器的数学模型.在实际应用中,温度的变化会影响到气体的热传导、密度等特性,导致传感器输出信号的变化.提出了将数据融合理论应用于传感器的温度补偿,对流量和温度同时进行监测,采用线性回归分析法,建立气体流量与传感器输出之间的关系,有效地消除温度变化的影响,提高传感器的精度.给出了系统实现的方法和实测数据,进行了有益的尝试.
Sensing principle of hot wire air-flow sensor is demonstrated. The mathematic model of the sensor is provided. The theory is presented that temperature compensation is achieved through data fusion algorithm . With this kind of sensor, the air-flow and temperature can be measured simultaneously. By using linear regression analysis method , the relation between the air-flow and the output of the sensor is established, which effectively eliminates the influence due to the variation of temperature and improves the precision of the sensor. The method to accompolish the system and the experimental data are presented.
