摘要
总结了李盛华教授治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的手法整复和切开复位的经验。其中手法整复中要掌握一个原则,处理好两个关系,即“欲合先离”的牵引原则,牵引过程中纠正侧方移位、端提接骨和屈肘角度的关系。切开复位要严格掌握手术的适应证,并介绍了具体的手术技巧及注意事项。
Concluded Li Shenghua＇s experience in treating children supracondylar fracture of humerus. Firstly treated by hand should master one law and deal with two relations. Then must deal with rectify moving to sides, lifting and elbow angle relation. Treatment of operation should master operation of indication strictly and introduced operation technique and announcements.
