摘要
通过泵水力试验,对不同转速下大流量轴流泵的性能进行了对比分析,结果表明,在低转速下泵效率存在分层现象。分析发现效率分层的主要原因是低转速下试验所得的泵水力效率误差比较大,故需要对低转速下的试验效率值进行修正。为了使试验数据尽可能反映真实值,在试验设备能力允许的情况下,试验转速应不低于额定转速的80%。
Through hydraulic performance tests, this article analyzes the pertormance ot an axial flow pump at different rotation speeds. The results indicate that the product's efficiency deviates at lower rotation speed. The cause of the product's efficiency deviation is the larger error of the pump efficiency, so the pump efficiency has to be corrected for lower rotation speed. To make the test data be more close to the true value, the test rotation speed should not be lower than eighty percent of the rated rotation speed.
