摘要
目的建立腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠高血压模型。方法SD大鼠腺嘌呤300 mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,连续3周,观察大鼠一般状态的改变,并于3、5、7周检测血液、生化指标(RBC、Hb、Crea、Urea、ALB、TB、TC)、尿蛋白/尿肌酐,肾脏病理组织学检查及检测血压。结果模型出现RBC、Hb、ALB、TB降低,Crea、Urea、TC、尿蛋白/尿肌酐、血压升高,肾脏病理组织学以肾小管损害为主。结论利用腺嘌呤可以制作较理想的慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠高血压模型。
Objective To establish hypertensive models of Chronic renal failure in rats by Adenine intragastric administration. Methods The SD rats were given adenine (300 mg/d) daily for three weeks by intragastric administration and reported on their general conditions. At third, fifth and seventh weeks after initial administration, the serumal biochemical indicator, including (red blood cell count, hemoglobin, albumin, total protein, total cholesterol, serum creatinine and Blood urea nitrogen, the ratio of urine protein to urine creatinine, pathological examination of renal tissue and blood pressure were detected or measured. Results The levels of red blood cell count, hemoglobin, albumin, total protein were decreased, however, the levels of total cholesterol, serum creatinine and Blood urea nitrogen, the ratio of urine protein to urine creatinine, and blood pressure were increased. The findings of histopathology showed that tubular injury predominated. Conclusions The adenine of intragastric administration could establish the appropriate hypertensive models of chronic renal failure in rats.
