摘要
为探讨低强度He-Ne激光血管内照射(简称ILLLI)在临床应用上的理论根据,对60例不同类型冠心病(CHD)患者进行低强度He-Ne激光血管内照射,观察反映血小板功能指标的血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、TXB2/6-酮前列腺素F1α(TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α)和血小板膜颗粒糖蛋白(GMP-140)的变化,并将同期口服阿司匹林治疗的18例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者的诸指标与其比较,结果显示ILLLI治疗后AMI组和不稳定性心绞痛组的血浆TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α及GMP-140均显著降低,而阿司匹林治疗的AMI患者血浆TXB2及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α虽也下降,但GMP-140无明显变化,提示ILLLI抑制血小板活化的功能超过阿司匹林。
Sixty patients with different types of coronary heart disease (CHD) were treated with intravascular low level laser irradiation therapy (ILLLI), 60 min per day for 10 days. The parameters of platelet activation including plasma thromboxane B 2(TXB 2), TXB 2/6 keto prostaglandin F 1α (6 keto PGF 1α ) ratio and granule membrane protein (GMP 140) concentration were studied before and after ILLLI. In the same time we also investigated the parameters of platelet activation in 18 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI), who received aspirin 75mg qd for 10 days. The results revealved that ILLLI reduced plasma TXB 2, TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α ratio and GMP 140 concentration in AMI and unstable angina groups significantly. The plasma TXB 2and TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α ratio in AMI group with administration of aspirin were also decreased. However, before and after aspirin therapy there was no change in the plasma GMP 140. Our data suggests that ILLLI may inhibit platelet activation strongly in patients with CHD and rebalance the TXA 2 PGI 2 system. So that it might significantly decrease the incidence of angina pectoris and AMI. ILLLI is more energetic than administration of aspirin to inhibit the platelet activation in patients with CHD. Therefore, we would consider that ILLLI has a fovourable therapeutic effects in CHD, it is safely and with no adverse reaction.
