摘要
通过考察明清时期的富民政策、富民阶层、富民经济、富民文化以及实学思潮中富民思想等诸多历史事实,揭示出富民问题是关系到社会发展、国家长治久安的关键问题,至今仍具很强的现实借鉴意义。
Having the in-depth investigation on the policy to enrich people, rich people classed, economy to enrich people, culture to enrich people and various of historical facts including ideas of ＂Enriching People＂ in Practical Theory during Ming ＆ Qing Dynasty period, the writer has pointed out in this essay that the issue of enriching people is the key to guarantee the social development and the long-run social stability and security of the whole country. Hence, the issue of enriching people has high degree of reference to the present society.
