摘要
本文针对地理标志地方行政管理部门管理权限的冲突、地理标志的地方立法、地理标志商标已经善意取得注册以及地理标志商标被抢注等问题,以山东省地理标志为例,提出了解决地理标志区域法律保护的一些思路和法律措施。
In this article, the author focuses on the problems of the regional administration departments＇ management conflicts, the regional legislation for geographic marks, and the good-will and bad will registration for the geographic marks, takes the geographic marks of Shandong province as an example, and put forwards some proposals on the regional legal protection of geographic marks.
