摘要 目的:介绍咪唑类、三唑类、烯丙胺类、抗生素类等全身用抗真菌药的研发进展及市场应用趋势。方法:根据国内权威医药经济信息网站2002年~2004年有关抗真菌药市场和医院临床应用的数据,结合国内、外医药文献进行综述和分析。结果与结尊:新剂型、真菌细胞壁抑制剂、三唑类抗真菌药的研发进展十分迅猛;临床应用排序前3位的分别为烯丙胺类、咪唑类和三唑类抗真菌药;抗真菌药销售额西安杨森制药有限公司名列榜首。 OBJECTIVE: To introduce the research and development of systematic antifungal drugs such as imidazole, triazole, allylamine, antibiotic etc.and the marketing trend.METHODS: According to the relevant parameters of antifungal drugs market and their clinical application in hospitals in national medicine economical information network during 2002-2004, the related literature at home and abroad was reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS: The new dosage form, fungal inhibitors of cell membrane and triazole have developed rapidly .The top 3 antifungal drugs in clinical application were allylamine, imidazole and triazole .The Xi'an janssen pharmaceutical Ltd.took the first place in sales amount of antifungal drugs.
