特发性房颤心力衰竭患者血清TNF、IL-6和IL-8表达的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究细胞因子在特发性房颤心力衰竭患者发病中的临床意义。方法对特发性房颤心功能代偿期35患者,心功能失代偿期32例患者,同龄段健康对照组35例,分别采用免疫法和ELSA法测血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白介素-6(IL-6)及白介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果正常组、代偿期组、失代偿期组的TNF分别为(61.3±14.8)、(117.0±18.6)、(158.3±22.7)ng/L;IL-6分别为(60.9±16.8)、(105.3±18.7)、(142.1±24.5)ng/L;IL-8分别为(80.2±14.3)、(152.1±30.8)、(210.4±33.7)ng/L;3组之间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论特发性房颤心力衰竭患者随着心力衰竭加重,TNF、IL-6、IL-8水平亦升高,测定细胞因子水平对指导临床防治心衰有重要意义。
