灵芝孢子粉对癫痫大鼠血清叶酸、血清钙及大脑皮质钙含量的影响

摘要 目的:观察灵芝孢子对致痫大鼠血清叶酸、血清钙及大脑皮质钙含量的影响。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定血清叶酸含量;用原子吸收分光光度计测定脑组织及血清C a2+含量;结果:三组大鼠脑组织及血清C a2+含量两两比较差异显著;且脑组织C a2+含量高于血清C a2+;血清叶酸含量差异无显著性。结论:灵芝孢子能有效减轻神经元细胞的钙超载。 Objective :To observe the effects of Garoderma lucidum spores on serum falic acid levels and calcium levels in serum and cortex of epilepti: mouse. Methods: We randomly divided 30 Wistar male mouses into control, garoderma lucidum spore group and epilepsy model group. The serum falic acid level and calcium levels in the serum and cortex were measured. Results: The epilepsy model group calcium levels in the serum and cortex were significantl:, increased (P〈 0.05) ,but the serum falic acid level failed to change. Conclusion: Garoderma lucidum spcres can effectively reduce calcium overload in the neurons and manifestations of epileptic mouse.
