摘要
在经过较长时间的普通话水平测试实践后,普通话水平“说话”项测试存在的问题越来越突出:“无文字凭借”的限定落空,口语范畴的“说话”多呈现书面语特点、“词汇语法规范程度”成为评分最随意的一项等等。这些现象给普通话水平测试工作带来了负面效应,影响了测评信度。为使普通话水平测试工作更加规范、有序、健康地发展,必须对“说话”项测试问题作进一步的审视和思考。
After the practice of PSC for long time, the problems of ＂spocken language＂test are proiecting more and more： the limit of ＂depending on non-writing＂ was in vain,＂spocken language＂in colloquial category appeared to be the feature of written language, the mark in ＂grammatical norm of vocabulary＇became the most randem, and so on. These phenomena brought negative effect and lost trustworthiness of the test. In order to develop PSC normal- ly and healthily,people have to think about＂spocken language＂test further.
