摘要
产业部门“基本部分”扩展所产生的就业与收入“乘数效应”的大小,是影响一个城市发展速度的主要因素.基本部分/非基本部分的比值以及“乘数效应”的大小,取决于一个城市的发展历史、人口规模、区域基础条件等因素.在“后工业”社会城市发展的产业动力机制具有新的内涵.
the enlargement of basic sector engenders the effects of ＂multiplier＂ in terms of both employment and income, which is the key element affecting the city development. The gauge of BIN as well as those of ＂multiplier＂ are determined by the stage of a city＇s development, demographic hierarchy, and regional settings. And the industry dynamical mechanism has its new contents in the postindustrial society.
