摘要
近年来世贸组织成员国中实施的绿色贸易壁垒行为具有多样性、合法性、技术性和隐蔽性的特点,绿色贸易壁垒给中国带来了有利的发展机遇和不利的压力挑战,国内企业应注重企业应对绿色贸易壁垒的组织工作、提高企业的环保意识、强化面向国际市场的创新行为和开发绿色无污染型产品,以突破绿色贸易壁垒。
How to cope with the international green trade barrier efficiently is an important issue that has been frustrating domestic enterprises in external economy development since china entered WTO Zn addition, it＇s also a knotty problem that domestic economists and enterprisers must solve in the study of international trade theory and the practice process during the eleventh-five-year plan. Based on broad investigation and study, this article analyses its formation and characteristics,go further into its effects on china,put forward the strategies and measures for domestic entemrises to cope with green trade barrier.
