摘要
结构性就业矛盾是中国当前劳动力市场的显著特点,也是人力资源中介组织必须面对的新的就业形势,也对人力资源中介组织的发展提出了新的要求。人力资源中介组织要在竞争中获得优势,必须以社会价值为重,用好差异性战略,突出特色服务等方面着力进行创新。
The obvious character of our country's labor market is the contradiction of structural unemployment. Such a contradiction is the employment situation that human faced with. This calls for new demands for the development of our country's resource agencies have to be human resource agencies. So, these agencies must make innovations on social value, application of variant strategies and characteristic services to obtain new competitive advantages.
