摘要
从人性角度来看,我国经济发展经历了道德人假设阶段、经济人假设阶段、复杂人假设阶段,现在正在向“以人为本”、“全面发展的人”转变,也就是说,经济发展真正回归到了人性化轨道。中央为此提出了“科学发展观”以及一系列原则构想。要切实实现经济的人性化发展道路,必须做好完整理解人性化的内涵、建立人性化衡量指标体系、专门管理机构和其他配套措施等方面的工作。
From the perspective of humanization, China＇s economy has undergone 3 stages： the ＂moral persom supposition stage, the ＂economic man＂ supposition stage, and the ＂complex person＂ supposition stage. Now China has entered ＂the human - oriented, fully - developed person＂ stage, which indicates that the economy of China has returned to the orbit of humanization. Although the central government has put forward ＂views of scientific development＂ and a series of principles and outlines, it is necessary to fully understand the connotation of humanization, establish the human- based evaluating index system, special management institution and supporting facilities in order to realize the human -based economic development.
