摘要
发展乡镇企业对社会主义新农村建设具有积极的现实意义。改革开放以来,湖南乡镇企业的发展取得了巨大的成就,但其整体实力还不强。目前,湖南乡镇企业发展中存在的主要问题有企业规模小、结构性矛盾突出、资金不足、人才缺乏、发展环境不完善等。要发展湖南的乡镇企业,必须从壮大乡镇企业的发展规模、调整结构、拓宽融资渠道等方面入手。
The development of township enterprises has positive and realistic significance in strengthening the new rural construction in Hunan province. Since the reform and opening - up, the township enterprises in Hunan have made enormous achievements, but their synthetic strength is still not strong. At present, the major problems of Hunan township enterprises lie in small scale, conspicuous structural flaws, lack of funds and talents, inadequate environment etc.. In order to develop township enterprises in Hunan, the following aspects should be taken into consideration： expand township enterprises; adjust tile structure; and facilitate financing channel
