摘要 生物信息的分析已成为计算机研究人员的最重要的课题之一。作为其中关键的分析技术,数据挖掘技术在生物信息学领域具有良好的研究与应用前景.生物信息学中的数据挖掘研究仍然处于起步阶段,有很多问题需要解决。本文结合数据挖掘技术与生物信息学研究背景对在生物信息学中的数据挖掘技术的应用状况进行研究。 The analysis on biological information has become one of the most important problems for computer science researchers, Many key analysis methods on Data Mining Technology are favorable in research works and application areas on Bio-information. Nowadays, the study on the applications of Data Mining Technology in Bio-information is on elementary step at home and abroad; many issues are on the airs. This paper combines the studies on both Data Mining Technology and Bio-information and reviews the actual application status on them.
