摘要
介绍了一种用于井下高温、高压环境的井下参数测试仪。该仪器采用TMS320LF2407A为总控制器,能够实时测量,存储钻压、扭矩、环空压力和侧向力等4项钻进参数。着重阐述了测量仪的结构、工作原理、关键技术问题,对系统的软硬件进行了详细地说明。采用DSP作为系统的核心芯片,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。测试表明,其性能达到了预期目标。
Introduced a detective instrument in the environment of high temperature and high pressure. The device adopted TMS320LF2407A as main controller. It can determine and record four drilling parameter of drilling pressure, torque, annular pressure and side pressure in the real-time mode. Expounds the structure, the working priniciples, a key problem and software and hardware design in detail. It takes DSP as the core chip of the system, which can enhance anti - interference ability of the system.The test indicates that the performance achieves an expectant aim.
