摘要
目的探讨大鼠骨质疏松模型中血清瘦素与血钙磷含量之间相关性。方法80只6月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松动物模型。A组为正常体重去势组,B组为肥胖去势组,C组为肥胖对照组,D组为正常体重对照组。分别于术后2、3、4、5、6个月进行血清瘦素、血钙、磷含量的检测。结果双因素方差分析,血钙组间F=28.624、月间F=19.683,血磷组间F=41.016、月间F=32.177,瘦素组间F=63.056、月间F=29.853,均有统计学差异;线性回归方程分析,A、B、C组血清瘦素含量与血钙、磷含量可建立直线回归方程。结论骨质疏松模型中,大鼠血清瘦素与血钙磷含量变化成正相关。
Objective To analyse the correlation between serum Leptin concentrations and the concentration of [Ca^2+] and [P-] in blood in osteoporosis model of rat. Methods Ovariectomy was performed on both ovaries of rats to establish the osteoporosis model; 80 6-months old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups randomly, group A: obesity castrated, group B: normal obesity group for comparison C: normal body weight castrated group D: normal body weight group for comparison. Serum Leptin concentrations and the concentration of [Ca^2+] and [P-] in blood were detected respectively on 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 months after the operation. Results F value of ANOVA of each group was Ca^2+28.624, 19.683, P-:41.016. 32.177, Leptin:63.056,29.853 which demonstrates a discrepancy on statistics; linear regression equation can be set up about serum Leptin concentrations and the concentration of [Ca^2+] and [P-] in group A. B, C. Conclusions there was a positive correlation between serum Leptin concentrations and the concentration of [Ca^2+] and [P-] in osteoporosis model of rats.
