摘要
目的:报道大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂中的异常现象。方法:常规染色体压片法。结果:用矿泉水培养的3批不同大蒜根尖有丝分裂相中均出现了滞后染色体、染色体断片、染色体桥、多极化等染色体畸变现象。结论:大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂中存在染色体异常现象,是遗传学实验中观察染色体变异的好材料。
Objective： To report a rare phenomena of abnormal mitosis in root tip cells of Allium sativum L. Methods： Traditional chromosome tabletting technique was adopted. Results： Abnormal mitosis was repeatedly observed in 3 batches of A. sativum root immersed in mineral water. Lagging chromosomes, chromosome fragments, chromosomal bridge, and multipolarity were the main phenomena. Conclusion： The results shows that abnormal mitosis might commonly occur in garlic root tip cells. Thus, garlic can be used as good material for the study of abnormal chromosomes.
