摘要 超声引导经皮肝肿瘤射频消融(RFA)是最有发展前途的微创技术之一。而肿瘤RFA治疗的关键是目标的定位布针。与不充足的能量蓄积和热对流导致的热量损失相比,不准确的布针可能是导致治疗不彻底的主要原因。本文旨在综述超声引导经皮肝肿瘤RFA的布针策略。 Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is one of the most promising minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of nonresectable hepatic tumors. The essential process of the techniques is electrode placement in the lesion. Inaccurate electrode placement is probably the major reason that tumors are undertreated, as opposed to inadequate energy deposition or thermal convection. The purpose of this review is to summarize the strategies for electrode placement in ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of hepatic tumors.
