节能50%的住宅建筑设计

摘要 吉林市节能建筑试点工程采用膨胀珍珠岩芯板、外墙内保温作法,并对易出现热桥的外墙节点部位和屋面、地面、门窗进行保温处理,可取得节能50%的效果。 Among the energy conserving building pilot projects of Jinn city, there has been adopted the thermal preserving external wall board method, i. e. application of the expansive pearlite wall board. Besides, there are a number of thermal preserving measures to treat those portions of their joints and heat bridges among external walls, roofs, floors, doors and windows etc. As a result, a 50N energy conserving residential building has been completed.
