摘要
目的探讨无手持聚光透镜间接检眼镜下进行原发性(孔源性)视网膜脱离复位手术的方法及其效果。方法回顾性分析32例32眼原发性(孔源性)视网膜脱离术中局部巩膜抵压法压陷后,不用手持聚光透镜而在间接检眼镜直视下进行巩膜外冷凝、垫压或环扎手术,临床观察统计手术效果。结果全组32眼术后视网膜脱离均成功的复位,术后视力有不同程度的提高。结论无手持聚光透镜间接检眼镜下治疗视网膜脱离,手术方法简便,除具有较高的照明强度、较好的立体视觉外,其成像为直像而非倒像,提高了手术的易操作性,与传统方式应用间接检眼镜比较,显示出其独到的优点。
Objective To investigate the surgical method and clinical effect of surgery for primary retinal detachment under indirect ophthalmoscope with no hand-held condensing lens. Methods Retrospectively analysis 32 eases （32 eyes ） of primary retinal detachment which had accepted surgery under indirect ophthamoscope with no handheld condensing lens. Results All cases had got retinal veattachment, and their postoperative vision improved in different level. Conclusions This method is simple and convenient, has some advantages than traditional methods. Its outcome is reliable and satisfactory,
