摘要
本期重点回顾了关于变形链球菌毒力因子的遗传学研究状况,这方面的研究正是当前的热门课题。对变形链球菌的表面蛋白质、糖基转移酶、葡聚糖结合蛋白质、细菌产酸和耐酸众多因子的研究,作了全面而扼要的回顾,其次对与龋病有关的其他细菌的致龋性也作了介绍。
In this paper the genetic studies on the virulence factors of Mutans streptococci were reviewed. Genes of the bacterial surface antigens ,glucosyhransferases, glucan -binding proteins and genes related to acid production and acidurity were widely studied in the past 20 years. Studies on other oral bacteria involved in cariogenecity were also concisely retrospected.
