高校学生社团的蓬勃发展给高校团建带来了机遇和挑战。本文阐述了高校在学生社团中开展团建工作的背景和意义,对学生社团团建工作进行了初步探索和有益实践,并指出了在学生社团团建中有待深入的问题。
With the vigorous development of the student associations in colleges and universities, lots of opportunities and the challenges have sprung up. This article elaborated the background and significance, as well as the initial exploration and beneficial practice of the Youth League building of the student associations in colleges and universities, and pointed out the problems to be solved in the Youth League building of the student association in colleges and universities.
