摘要
本研究以壳聚糖、海藻酸钠为基质材料,头孢曲松钠为模型药物,以乳液复凝聚法制备头孢曲松钠壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微球,研究成球的最佳工艺条件。结果显现最佳制备工艺条件为壳聚糖与海藻酸钠比例为1∶1,pH值为4.0,反应温度为25℃,搅拌速度为200r.m in-1,交联剂戊二醛用量为基质材料2%,体外实验表明结构圆整的载药微球具有良好的缓释性能。
The preparation technology of Ceftriaxone sodium microspheres with the complex coacervation using chitosan and alginate as matrix materials was dealt in this paper. The result show that C (chitosan :alginate) = 1 : 1, Ph = 4.0, v = 200 r· min^-1, T = 25 ℃, V (pentanedial), = 2% are the best technology. The drug releasing performance indicated that the controllerd releaso was excellent in vitro.
