摘要 本文综述了β受体阻滞剂在充血性心力衰竭治疗的研究进展,详细解释了β受体阻滞剂在治疗心衰的作用机理。分析了不同类型的β受体阻滞剂,并进一步提出β3受体阻滞剂在未来治疗心衰的深远意义,以及介绍了治疗心衰联合使用阻滞剂以及激动剂的新方法。 This article reviews the recent investigation of treating congestive heart failure by using β-adrenergic receptor blockers,and the mechanisms that how β-blocker therapy can be used by CHF patients. Different types of β-adrenergic receptor blockers have been introduced,and new development of treadrenergic receptor blockers such as β3-blocker is also mentioned in this review,as well as the new method of treating heart failure by using the combination of adrenergic agonists and antagonists.
