摘要
采用机械系统动力学自动分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了电磁振动排种器的虚拟样机,通过仿真试验研究了连接弹簧的物理参数电磁振动排种器的影响。同时,确定了电磁振动排种器排种性能随连接弹簧物理参数变化而变化的规律,为电磁振排种器的设计和研究提供了参考和依据。
In this article, the virtual model of electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus was built with automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system software ADAMS and finite unit analysis software ANSYS. The influence on electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus with changes of liaking springs' physical parameters has been researched through simulation experiments, and the change rules of the seeding characteristic of electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus when linking springs' physical parameters have changed are confirmed, and it can provide the reference for the electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus design and research.
