摘要
随着国民经济发展、生产力水平飞速提高、物资流通交换的需求大幅增长,物流技术不断进步,物流网络不断完善,城市内物流系统为实现效率化、集约化,同时为缓解交通紧张,逐渐由零散运输线路的网络转变成物流中心——集中/发散货流线路网络的形式,这就要求各城市根据自身情况选择适当的规划方法、依据和工具来建立物流中心及其相应的物流网络。本文提出应用GIS基本的数据和图形结合的功能帮助分析建立城市物流中心的各项要素,并对确定物流中心位置的模型提出了修改建议。
As the national economy and productivity＇s growth, the demand of moving and exchanging materials sharply increases, and the logistics technology continuously makes progress, so does the logistics network. In addition, the city logistics system graduaUy changes from scattered routes to the form of logistics centers centralizing/dispersing, in order to realize the high efficiency and intensivism of city logistics system and alleviate the traffic tension, we should use proper planning methods, sources and tools to establish logistics centers and corresponding network according to special cases of each city. This article proposes to use one of the basic functions of GIS, combining the graphs and data, to assist to analyze the factors of founding a city logistics center, and gives some advice on the model of positioning logistics centers.
