流化床中废弃物颗粒的横向扩散特性

摘要 在试验基础上计算得到内循环流化床和鼓泡床中3种轻质废弃物颗粒和两种重质颗粒的横向扩散系数,发现废弃物颗粒的变形程度、密度、尺寸及布风板形状和布风方式均影响其扩散系数.轻质颗粒的运动符合扩散规律,重质粒子的运动则不符合该规律.文中从流化床中气体颗粒流和不同物性废弃物相互作用的角度简要分析了物料的扩散特性. In the present paper, based on the experimental data, the lateral dispersion coefficients of five kinds of solid waste particles are calculated in the ICFB and the bubbling bed. The results indicate that the following factors influence dispersion coefficients: the distortion extent, the density and the size of the particles; the shape of the air distributor and the mode of air distribution. The movements of light particles follow the law of diffusion; on the other hand, the movements of heavy particles do not. The particles' lateral dispersion characteristics are described and explained briefly by the interaction of gas-particle flows and waste particles with various matter properties.
